RADICALS (2) has raced twice, both times over today's trip at Hawkesbury, and been prominent on each occasion. Led them up last start but felt the pinch in the closing stages. Gets in well after Small's claim and should prove tough to catch around this tight circuit. ZUNESHA (3) went to the lead a fair way from home then battled on well for second on debut last time out over this distance at Kembla. Only needs to exhibit a little natural improvement to be going one better. MISTY VEIL (1) started at $2.20 but after a poor start was never a factor first-up over 900m at Newcastle. Runner-up in town when second-up last prep so she is open to sharp improvement. ICED FURY (7) is a filly by Captivant on debut from the Richard Litt yard. Recent Warwick Farm trial winner who looks a ready-to-run type. The rest look no hope, with LOVE GODDESS (8) the pick of a poor bunch.
