CHURCH SPIRE (1) finished 3 lengths behind the winner in sixth place when resuming over 402m last start in Group 1 grade at The Albuquerque Downs Racetrack & Casino (Dirt). Generally goes well with that run under the belt. Can break through here. MR BOOOMBASTIC (6) finished last campaign with a couple of minor placings, the latest over 320m at Fair Meadows 12 weeks ago. Should camp just off the leaders. Expecting a bold showing. TUX HARD SHOP (4) finished out of the money two starts back then was beaten 2.25 lengths when sixth over 366m at Prairie Meadows five weeks ago. Meets some better types this time but a win is not out of the question. FLYING NOVA 123 (8) produced a reasonable run when returning from a break last start over 274m at this track (Dirt), finishing 2.75 lengths from the winner in seventh. Loves racing here and has managed five wins from six visits. Roman Cruz is back on and has a solid record on the four-year-old, including eight wins. Among the top-three hopes.
