WAIHEKE ROSE (15) is a Noverre filly on debut for the sharp juvenile stable of Waterhouse & Bott. Her trials say she's ready to go bang. Clark draws the A1 and should punch her straight on speed. SUMAC (14) is clearly an above-average filly set to return for the Curtis yard. She caught the eye in some handy 2YO races last prep and has been fitted with two neat trials. Lloyd's booking signals stable confidence and she'll be licking her lips if they roll along early. SING YOUR SONG (12) just missed at Canterbury when resuming as a well-backed favourite and now jumps straight to 1400m. JMac sticks which helps, though she'll need a clever steer from the wide alley.
