Waller has ten of the 14 acceptors - the pick of them is PINK PERSUASION (11) who closed hard but just missed last start over 1250m at Canterbury when lining up for the second time. Should improve further out to seven furlongs and looks ready to break the ice. MISS LOLA (10) placed at the first two runs this prep at today's circuit then pulled up with issues when midfield at Rosehill last time. Back at the races three weeks later which is a positive sign. Can win this on her best form. BOTANIST (4) pulled up lame after failing on debut then led until the dying stages over 1300m at Kembla recently. Nicely bred colt who can win if he continues the upward trajectory. SALT SPRAY (7) is a brother to Group 1 winner Ocean Billy on debut. Second to stablemate MAN OF WORTH at his latest trial. Betting holds the key. WOOTTON WAY (13) was only 3.2 lengths away on debut at Rosehill despite starting at massive odds. Can improve and play a role in the finish.
