Should race just off the speed despite the wide draw. Likely improver with strong prospects. JOEJOE GO (2) switches to synthetic for the first time. Won over 1710m at Churchill Downs two starts ago but followed that with an unplaced effort, beaten 6 lengths, over 1710m on turf at Fairgrounds. Nice class drop this time. Sure to feature. FRIAR NEWTON (3) raced on the speed when resuming last start and battled on well but found one better over 1609m at this track (Synthetic). Will give backers a great run for their money.
