PALM READER (1) continues to be highly thought of. Sent off as favourite on debut at Beverley four weeks ago before running out a 1.75L winner in a tongue strap. Harder task here under a penalty but clearly holds plenty of ability. BATTLE FEVER (4) was not disgraced finishing behind the main selection on debut. Disappointed when up to 1200m at Hamilton. Drops back in trip and is every chance. RED BLUE POINT (5) comes from a good yard and is related to a winner where dam won tackling this trip as a juvenile. Warrants thought. BACHA (3) is well related. Looked a long term project at Newcastle. Best watched.
