Speedy filly ROYAL BOTANIC (10) led under siege then dug deep but found one a little better last start over 1300m at Scone. Meets a couple of smart rivals today and although untried in heavy going she looks the one to beat. The obvious danger is POSHY'S GIRL (9) who made it two placings from as many runs when she battled on well for second last time out over 1300m at Newcastle. Handles the heavy on debut at Coffs Harbour. Back in class and draws a nice gate so it is hard to find a weakness. KIWI HARMONY (8) lined up for the third different stable this prep when a closing second in heavy conditions over 1006m at Port Macquarie recently. That run followed a seven-week break so she strips fitter and will appreciate the longer journey today. TENNANT CREEK (12) debuts. Wasn't far away in a recent Gosford trial. Respect any push in betting. SERIOUS JEWEL (13) found 1100m on debut at Scone a bit sharp. Can improve out to this trip.
