Flat winner MON COMEDIEN (5) registered a solid 11L fifth over 3600m at Auteuil on his second start over hurdles. Shortlisted in what looks an easier contest. Racing in cheekpieces for the first time ZIRCONNE (2) is another to consider following a 16L third in a 3300m steeplechase at Merano.
