Southwell Race 2 - Awc Finals Day At Newcastle 26th March Novice Stakes (Gbb Race)
BEAUJON (2) shaped with encouragement when sticking on for a 3.5L third at Kempton attempting this journey first up three weeks ago. Open to plenty of improvement. SHADOW BOXER (5) matched the debut placing third beaten 6.75L at Wolverhampton (1700m) last month. Likely to strip fitter and worthy of close consideration among this company. SIN CITY (1) saluted debuting at Lingfield (1600m) in January. Could only manage fifth contesting a conditions event a month later and not sighted since. Capable of defying a weight penalty. MOMOTOMBO (8) might have a bit to find with the principals though showed something to work on delivering recent debut (1400m).
