RUBY SANDS (7) held excuses when third on both of her outings. Interfered with during the final strides at Newbury and seemed to get unbalanced in the dip at Newmarket. This looks a good opportunity to get her head in front. LIZZIE BENNET (5) showed inexperience on her two starts but the first at Carlisle has worked out strongly. She pleasingly chased the winner who has gone on to a Gr2 victory. Place claims. HOTTERTHANJULY (3) debuted over just short of 1600m at Haydock two weeks ago. Didn't seem able to quicken off the heavy ground and probably unable to stay. Will be seen to better effect now on the all weather dropping in trip. MARRWAA (6) looks the pick of the debutants.
