The run prior reads much better, a C1 second to Harienju over this venue when beaten two and a half lengths. Back to a distance where he has one win and one placing from three attempts at this track, he can regain enough form to chase a minor prize.

Comes off a confident C2 win at this track, beating Natsumikanchan by two lengths as favourite after finishing strongly. He had been second to Etre Doue the run prior as an odds-on favourite, so the consistency is obvious. Three wins and three placings from six starts is an excellent profile, but this C1 line-up looks a stronger test and he shapes more as a high-quality place hope than a standout.
