Sligo Race 5 - John Thomas Mcnamara Series (Q.r.) Mdn Hurdle
LA MULETA (11) was just out-battled beaten a short head in a 4000m Fairyhouse maiden eighteen days ago. Will only improve for that experience and expect she could go one better here. HIGH KICK KEV (1) landed a point-to-point during February. Made the perfect start under rules when taking a national hunt flat race at Clonmel (3900m) by 6.5L in April. Major threat if ready upon return. GUNNERY SERGEANT (5) outran his odds to finish third at Fairyhouse (4000m) latest. Definite chance at this level providing best figures. BEEVERSTOWN BOY (6) showed something to work with when 13L sixth at Gowran Park (4000m) first up. Likely to progress.
