CHARITY GAIN (1) was good here two back before a 0.5L defeat over 2200m at the Valley most recently. Now back to this course and distance from a good draw and he gets J-Mac in the saddle. Knocking on the door over another victory and this looks ripe for the picking. SERANGOON (3) came home with a wet sail but couldn't reel in the winner when finishing behind CHARITY GAIN last start. He draws wide again, but gets Purton in the saddle now and while he is 0/9 at this track, he has run some strong figures here. Purton rides now and he should be right in the finish. JOYFUL PROSPERITY (2) has had two quiet trials since a narrow win here as favourite 43 days ago, winning as the $2.30 favourite. Hugh Bowman hops in the saddle now and he maps for a similar run this time. Looking for the hat-trick and shouldn't be far away.
