SPOILER (5) progressed nicely last time out to finish just one length from the winner in second over 1811m at this track after being prominent at the bend. Finds an easier assignment and can get the job done. INTERLOCK EMPIRE (1) impressed last time out at the second run of the campaign and finished 5.5 lengths from the winner in third over 1609m at this track after being in the firing line on the corner. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. AMEDEUS MUSIC (3) was prominent at the corner and ran a better race last start to finish a close second over 1710m at Monmouth Park after missing the placings at the previous appearance. This looks a sterner test than last time but on his best form he is one of the chief contenders. FEVER NIGHT (6) is back from a spell after closing last campaign with a couple of wins, the latest over 1609m at Aqueduct on April 30. Should be poised just off the lead. Can feature in the finish.
