Yet to miss the top-three in two runs at this venue. Among the top chances. THE CLOSER (3) is back after a break of 11 weeks. Went close to a maiden win before the layoff, finishing second at his latest appearance over 1408m at Aqueduct (Dirt). Nicely placed and can get off the mark. SHADOW SURGE (6) raced once in the maiden preparation when fourth at Keeneland (Dirt) over 1308m back on April 13 2024. Improver who can feature in the finish.
