MIDNITE MUSKET (4) built on a nice second two starts back at Los Alamitos (Dirt) with success over 1006m at Los Alamitos (Dirt) six weeks ago, getting home by 5 lengths. Stepping up a level this time but on current form he is capable of another big performance. TAPALO (5) is close to a win after a string of minor placings, the latest when third over 1106m at this track (Dirt). Meeting a tougher field but on its best form it is right in contention. DOO WOP DON (2) was well fancied when resuming last start and proved too strong, scoring by 2.75 lengths over 1106m at this track (Dirt). Has never missed the frame second-up and he can measure up again.
