Has been given a let-up of eight weeks since that outing. Will be better for that latest run and this looks well within his grasp. VODKA VODKA (1) drifted well back and failed to finish it off last start when eighth, beaten 40 lengths, over 1811m in the G1 Goodwood Stakes at this track (Dirt). Finds a nice race and can find winning form. MALARCHUK (2) didn't make an impact at his last run before going for a spell on August 22, finishing sixth and beaten 14 lengths over 2012m in the G1 Pacific Classic Stakes at Del Mar (Dirt).
