GOLD COUNCIL (1) did little and finished 2 lengths from the winner in fifth over 1609m at this track last start, a less impressive effort than his fourth at this track the run before. Has the talent to find the winners' list. BEE EYE GEE (2) was out of the money when resuming from a spell last start over 1308m at this track, beaten 2.75 lengths. Fitter so anticipating a better run this time.
