CLIVE THE WRITER (3) wasn't disgraced by a debut seventh and duly built upon it well to score by 1L at Kempton (1400m) as favourite last month. Chief threat. TIORA TIME (6) landed a Doncaster fillies event (1300m) by 2L before just failing to defy a penalty twelve days later. Looks a key player moving into handicap company. DRUM BAY (5) made the frame in a pair of novices to date. Represents a leading yard. Open to plenty of improvement.
