Switches to turf here but looks progressive and can keep the ball rolling. AVENGERS (5) resumes having run well on debut at Canterbury in February. He's trialled a couple of times and should take catching from a low draw with Williams booked. COMMIT (1) resumed with a smart win at Sale having been in the market on debut last campaign in Listed company. Drawn wide but should be hard to hold out. CIVIC SQUARE (6) is a gelding by Wooded on debut for the in-form Greg Eurell yard who has jumped out well enough to be a factor. AMERICAN EAGLE (4) is a colt by Too Darn Hot on debut for the Douglas yard who has won a jumpout and looks ready to go.
