Saint Cloud Race 5 - Prix Du Bourbonnais Stakes (Arab Group 2)
NIRANO DE PALMA (2) has recorded three wins from four starts and is nicely placed again. Returns 32 days on from a 1L victory in G3 Prix Association Des Aqps. Looks to have another great opportunity to build on a prolific record. Strong credentials. NAMOUR DU BEARN (8) was second in the G3 Prix Yves D'armaille at Moulins last month. Beaten 2.5L but ran respectably and among the key players in this. NINA PIETRA (7) was behind NAMOUR DU BEARN when a 9L sixth last time. Bit to do to turn around the form but not ruled out. NIAGARA DU SEUIL (4) produced a good second last time out at Clairefontaine. Another to watch.

Form hard to fault. Most recently made some head-way from midfield; 3rd of 11 at Moulins on September 18 over 2400m, slow going 4.5 len behind Nevega Allen carrying 63.5kg at $7.10. The start before that 3rd in a small field in Group 3 grade at Vichy at Vichy on August 15 over 2400m, 0.9 len behind Noeland with 65.5kg at $8.30. Hard to fault if at his best.
