FELSITE (3) gets top billing after a decisive four-length win over 1400m at this track, where he was sent out at prohibitive odds and put the race away strongly. The move to 1750m is his first attempt around this trip, but his overall record and strong profile at this venue give him the clearest winning platform. DEAD VLEI (10) is the obvious danger after consecutive wins at this track, including a half-length success over O K Angel last start, and his two wins and four placings from eight starts at this track and distance make him highly reliable under these conditions. TAGANO TETSU (9) brings different form through Sonoda, having been beaten under a length at his past two in 3yo+ B2 grade, and only has to adapt to the new venue and 1750m to be a major player. CITRINE TESORO (6) was sound late when fifth over 1860m two weeks ago and had won her previous start by four lengths, so the return to a proven track-and-distance set-up keeps her in the placing mix.
