Rosehill Race 10 - E Security Group Star Kingdom Stakes (G3)

MISS ROUMBINI (3) resumes with a solid SP profile. Hard to miss her slashing second in the G1 Rupert Clarke in the Spring, and then disappointed in two starts in Sydney. Primed for this with the two trials and expected to go close. KING'S SECRET (6) took good late ground off Flying For Fun first-up, with a sound third here in the G3 M McCarten over 1100m. Can stalk the fast tempo from the sticky gate and surge late. The booking of Zac Lloyd is a good lead to his chances. MAL COUPE (5) one of the finds of the Autumn who jumped in grade with a slashing on-pace second over 1100m here in the G3 M McCarten. Conditions suit and will take catching from the draw. ROSELYN'S STAR (15) racing well in easier company with the big weights and deserves his chance at this level. Since fitted with a 1050m tick over trial win and going better than his price suggests. DE BERGERAC (14) unplaced in two runs back at Group 1 level and good enough to cause an upset here on best form.
