NUCLEUS (2) is back from a spell of ten months. Closed last campaign with a minor placing over 1609m in Listed grade at this track (Dirt). Strong chance to kick the campaign off on the right note. PERISCOPE (7) is a promising gelding yet to miss the frame in two starts, including a win. Last appeared when he finished third over 1609m at this track on November 8 2024. Has the pace to settle in the leading division. Will play a major role. THE LAST MOXY (8) has been in great form with three placings in succession, most recently when beaten 6 lengths into second after he got a long way back in the run over 1609m at Fair Meadows (Dirt). Must raise the bar but he has the ability to test this field. LIGHT THE CODE (1) is back at the races for the first time since April 13. Worth noting he filled a minor placing when returning from a spell last time in work over 1106m at this track.
