MATIAS (6) Frank Packer Plate winner who resumed with a game on speed fourth over 1500m in the G3 Cameron Handicap at Newcastle. Kept fresh and since fitted with a 1050m Randwick trial. Maps well and will take stopping with the 53kg. IT'S A KNOCKOUT (7) racing well on the country tracks and a win looks imminent. Savaged the line from the wide draw with the 58kg for a gritty third over 1600m in the Dubbo Cup. Can race much closer here and play a leading role. PIER PRESSURE (9) sat on the solid tempo when run down late by Samarelle over this trip at Warwick Farm in BM78 class. That form has since been franked and makes plenty of appeal in this stronger race. TAVI TIME (1) ran on late in the Cameron Hcp and strips fitter now. Place only.
