VATICAN (5) imposing Wootton Bassett colt from Egyptian Missile on debut for the Chris Waller yard. Fitted with the two trials and like the way he closed off between runners when second over 900m at Canterbury. Lugging bit goes on and can finish over the top of these. BOHEMIAN RHAPSODY (1) closed strongly on debut in the miserable conditions with a sound third over 1000m in the Inglis Stakes at Flemington. Looked good in his latest trial win over 900m at Albury. Tongue-tie goes on and shapes as the main danger. INTERNAL AFFAIRS (3) showed good early dash from the wide gate on debut before tiring late when fourth over 1100m at Rosehill. Would have come on for this and he gets a much better setup today. Sure to be thereabouts. ELIO (2) struck trouble at the start and chipped away late on debut when fourth over 900m at Newcastle. Since ridden out for a trial win over 900m at Canterbury. No shock to see him turn it around quickly. BILLECART BLUE (8) will need a good ride from the draw.
