Randwick Race 3 - Petaluma (Bm78)
REGIMENTAL COLOURS (2) gone to a new level this time in and stretches out to the 1200m for the first time. Surged late when getting up in a tight finish over 1100m at this track in BM72 class. Expected to go on with it now in this stronger race. USEAPIN (3) on the quick backup from the good gate after being snagged back and striking some trouble in the straight when fourth over 1200m at Rosehill last Saturday. Won in this class two back and gets map favours. KARINSKA (8) nice filly resuming and held in high regard by the stable. Strong through the line when eighth in the G3 Magic Night over 1200m last March. Fitted with the two trials and look for her late. AFRICAN DAISY (4) hard to catch on her day but comes here in peak fitness on the quick backup. Just under a month between runs when a fading sixth over 1400m at Rosehill. Place prospects best. DOLLAR MAGIC (1) recent efforts have been okay and has placed in one attempt on the heavy going.
