Presque Isle Downs Race 2 - Race 2 - Mdn Special Weight
PRIMA DONNA (3) showed good early speed and raced on the pace last start before fading to finish sixth, beaten 3.5 lengths, over 1308m at Kentucky (Turf). Well placed and expected to feature. ELECTA (4) resumes from a spell of three-and-a-half months. Could only manage to finish fourth at the latest run over 1673m at Horseshoe Indianapolis (Dirt). Set for a bold return. NO SOLUTION (1) fought on well for second last start over 1106m at Mountaineer Park (Dirt), making it two minor placings in a row. Rishawn Blanche stays aboard and although yet to win has been in the money on two occasions. Should be involved in the finish. ROSSARIA (2) is a three-year-old filly at the races for the first time. From an elite family that includes a G1 victor, being by Essential Quality from Crosswinds. Hails from the strong juvenile stable of Michael Stidham. Promising type who is worth considering if popular in betting.
