SHIVAREE (2) produced a good run two starts back to finish second but disappointed last time when out of the placings at Tampa Bay Downs (Dirt) over 1710m after he had travelled in a rearwards position. Finds a nice race and can find winning form. THE DOORMAN (3) improved sharply on his fourth two starts back at Tampa Bay Downs (Dirt) with success over 1609m at this track (Synthetic) three weeks ago, getting home by 4 lengths after being prominent at the bend. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. STARSHIP EMPIRE (5) has not appeared since he finished fifth over 2414m at this track (Synthetic) on October 21. Comes here with definite top-three claims. BRUMBA WAFFLE TOES (1) resumes. Wasn't far away at the only run last time in work, finishing fourth over 1710m at Tampa Bay Downs (Dirt) three months ago. Lining up today for the first time for trainer Ron G Potts (Jnr). Worth plenty of thought.
