BANNERED (1) led all the way to win his maiden here 8 days ago, and seems to be at his best when allowed to roll along in front. He has to carry an extra 3.5kg in a field with more depth, but he has the scope to repeat the dose. A SUMMER FLING (7) was a beaten favourite on debut after some solid trial form, and then quickly set the record straight when going end to end here 8 days ago over this trip. She has the breeding to go on with the job, and she won't be in this class for much longer, either. PURE SILVER (8) was outclassed in Stakes company at Ascot 5 weeks ago over 1400m, and with the freshen up, she is nicely placed at this level over a more suitable trip. Stick with her. WHY SHE STAYED (9) won her penultimate start at Bunbury, but then found her next run had come too soon, only 3 days later, and had to settle for a battling sixth. A much better run is on the cards here. MISS TICKLE BOOM (10) makes her debut from the powerful Williams stable. Pike rides, say no more.
