Needs to be at his best to beat this field but he has the ability to mix it with them. TESTED (2) was an effortless winner last time over 1609m at this track (Dirt), scoring by 8 lengths. Has a solid record at this circuit. Will prove tough to beat. EL CORDOBES (1) proved too strong two runs ago at this track. Couldn't follow that up last time out when fourth over 1710m at Monmouth Park, beaten 10 lengths. Has the class to take care of this field. ALL AMERICAN ROD (5) last appeared three weeks ago over 1207m at this track when he finished second. This is his first run for the Preciado Ernesto Padilla stable. Has ability and makes plenty of appeal.
