Tough little race. Siding with TOUGH ROMANCE (4), a colt by All Too Hard on debut for the McEvoy yard. He's jumped out well for this, coming home nicely in his latest at Werribee when finishing second. Expecting that he's ready to go. BASSTON (2) is a colt by the late Wootton Bassett on debut for the Hayes yard who has jumped out fairly well. He's certainly well bred and has to be respected for the top yard. STELLAR CIPHER (3) is a colt by Zoustar on debut for the Waller yard. He was a $500,000 purchase who is worth watching the market with. BLUE JEANS TALK (5) and AROUND THE MARX (1) debuted in the same race here, the former beating the latter home but starting much bigger odds.
