JIMMIES BIG DAY (3) made progress last start to finish second over 1207m at this track after being in contention on the bend. Needs to be at his best to beat this field but he deserves plenty of thought. FINSTER (1) did a great job to score by 0.3 lengths over today's course and distance last start to maintain his good form of late. Meets some better types this time but another big run is on the cards. CEEPEEGEE (5) progressed nicely last time out to finish just 1.75 lengths from the winner in third over 1207m at this track after being prominent at the turn. Steps up a level but he is worth serious consideration. SIR STERLING (8) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1207m at this track, beaten 2 lengths into fifth. Well placed to make amends.
