She is already proven around 1200m, has Keagan Latham back aboard and gets a kinder country assignment after that provincial win. COCO DIOR (5) has the right depth of form to test her, with a Moruya Mdn win two back and a solid overall record, though the way she faded at Newcastle last time leaves a sharper finish to find. APIARIST (4) is lightly raced and comes off a Bathurst Mdn win where he was bumped late and still beat Dwight, so there is upside if he handles the step into Class 1 company. MACAROON (6) brings the most consistent profile of the dangers, having won a Mdn at Orange before going under by just under a length there as favourite, and her honest record keeps her in the main mix despite the wide draw.
