KOOL KADE (1) sets the standard after winning at Moruya as favourite, sitting just behind the lead and fighting off Hello Jack by just under a length. His prior third in a CL2 at Canberra was also strong, beaten just over half a length by Tulipwood after beginning awkwardly. Can get the job done once again. PERCHANCE (9) returns from a five-week freshening and is a genuine danger if her Kembla Grange CL1 seventh is treated with some leniency after the early bump and over-racing. She won her Mdn at Moruya the run before and has placed at this venue. CELESTIAL GRACE (6) was sound late when seventh at Goulburn and her third in a BM66 at this track two back gives her a credible place profile. AWESOME ARTIST (2) can resume on a positive note.
