CAELUM (1) made an encouraging debut when beaten 4L finishing behind a subsequent Listed winner at Newcastle (1000m) four weeks ago. Should take plenty from that opening outing and is poised to strike. LADY BRANKSOME (3) raced three times in quick succession over 1200m during May and June. Not sighted since. Best finish was when 1.75L runner-up at Ripon on second outing and should cope with this ease in journey. VIKING BARBIE (5) placed in three of her six starts to date. Fifth beaten 4.25L at Southwell latest. Could take a race of this nature at some stage. CRIMSON BLAZE (2) also received a few chances without scoring. Won't be far away.
