Newmarket Race 3 - Carling Novice Stakes (Gbb Race)
NABATI (1) won well on debut at Yarmouth beginning of July when running up to form while encountering a talented and more streetwise opponent finishing runner up in the listed Rose Bowl stakes at Newbury. Highly rated and should prove levels above this field. TAWAKAL (2) was well supported and duly obliged on debut winning by 1.75L at Nottingham three weeks ago. Looks to have an above average amount of ability and is considered. AL WIDYAN (3) was a cheap purchase as a foal and doesn't boast the flashiest of pedigrees. Best watched. ROLL UP RAYMOND (4) looks a long term project and is short of the standard needed.
