Very weak Maiden with limited chances. ERNIEGY (1) resumed from a lengthy spell with a gritty second over 1300m at Gunnedah. Should improve greatly with that run and can go one better in this average contest. COUSIN CHUCK (3) third-up for this after he appreciated the extra ground to finish a plugging second over 1300m at Taree. Stays in the mix if he can get cover from the draw. ENVISIONED (4) drops further in weight with the claim after he ran a much improved race when third over 1300m at Gunnedah. Will roll forward and give plenty of cheek. WARBRECCAN (2) comes out of a very strong Maiden after having no luck from the draw with a fading eighth over 1000m at Muswellbrook. Has placed second-up in the past and Buckley gets a much better set-up for this. Go close.
