Expected to go close. AETERNUM (1) is improving with racing on the provincial circuit and drawn to get the right run. Norton bit comes off and shapes as the main danger. TENDI (3) three runs back have been okay and finally drawn a decent gate. Chipped away late in stronger company when sixth over 1200m at Canterbury. Value player. OAKFIELD MARS (7) dropped back a couple of grades when she attacked the line late to run third over 1300m at Taree. Looks to be back on track and not to be overlooked.
