The Noel Meade trained colt may have improved both physically and mentally for his time off over the summer and looks the one to beat on reappearance. CERCENE (4) may prove the main threat after a pleasing debut third tackling 1400m at Gowran. BEN HUR (6) also requires plenty of respect following his initial effort running fourth at Down Royal (1400m). Each-way claims go the way of TEMPERANCE (5).
