GOLDEN GURU (5) knuckled down strongly to get close to the winner in third last time when resuming. Is sure to have come on from that and will relish the rise to 1200m. Expect Holder to give him every chance. WINE SNOB (6) was well found in his maiden campaign and showed positive signs without being able to break through. Readied with just the one trial and is nicely drawn. Can make a bright return. ARTFUL MAXIMUS (4) is a three-year-old colt by Sir Prancealot for the Rutten camp. Has come along nicely at the trials and must be kept safe, particularly if there is a market lead. ELITE GATHERING (7) finished fifth over this trip at Balaklava when resuming last start, not beaten far. Strips fitter, though will need a smart steer from an outside alley.
