Mountaineer Park Race 5 - Race 5 - Mdn Special Weight
Z TOWN (8) finished out of the money when fresh from a spell two starts back then was beaten 10 lengths when fourth in a 905m contest at Charles Town a month ago after being prominent at the bend. Has the ability to take this out. GENERAL TOM (4) was 11 lengths from the winner in seventh over 1408m at Kentucky (Turf) last time following a minor placing on debut the run before. The blinkers go on. Rates highly on debut effort and should go well. MY AWESOME GOLD (2) finished out of the money two starts back then was beaten 5.5 lengths when fifth in a 1106m contest at Horseshoe Indianapolis eight days ago after being in the firing line on the corner. Perfectly placed and is sure to give this a mighty shake. ENCHANTING CAT (3) was beaten 17 lengths into fourth over 1609m at Kentucky last time out. Best efforts measure up so worth another chance.
