Morphettville Race 2 - Thomas Farms Mdn Plate
CONFUCIOUS FLYER (2) is a first starter by Doubtland out of a Henny Hughes mare who has produced five individual winners of 22 races. Been to the trials twice and won them both, the latest by 7.5 lengths on the Parks circuit. Clearly has the talent to win a race like this. GIFT OF SILENCE (12) settled near the tail of the field then closed powerfully to just miss on debut over 1100m at Murray Bridge last time out. Back a little in distance but has been given a 31-day let-up. Won't spend a cent from the inside gate and is going to be hard to hold out. EXPEEARE (3) has raced on the speed but failed to finish the race off in his two appearances to date, both over 1250m. Sure to run a cheeky race over this sharper journey. KLASYK MODE (13) is a four-year-old Kermadec mare on debut. Has won three of her five jump-outs. Looks ready to make her presence felt after a long wait for connections. COLD COPY (1) is another first starter who is doing everything right on the track.

Four-year-old gelding lining up for debut. Readied for this with a commanding trial win, scoring by 7.52 lengths at Morphettville Parks over 1000m on September 28. Wide barrier will make his chances harder. Profiles nicely for this and looks a strong each way hope here.
