Has the ability to produce a better result. SERGEANT CAPPS (7) is yet to fill a placing in two runs since resuming from a spell, the latest when fourth over 1811m in the G3 Monmouth Cup Stakes at this track (Dirt) after he travelled towards the rear of the field. Will strip fitter and is among the leading chances. COMPLEX MUSIC (3) ran a bold race over this journey last start, racing on the pace and sticking on strongly to finish 0.1 lengths away in second at this track (Dirt). Nicely placed to play a major role. EMPIRE SKY (4) was a gutsy winner first-up from a spell two runs back then ran fifth over 1408m at Saratoga (Dirt) on August 9. Sound record at this distance with two wins and three minor placings from seven runs and can play a role in the finish.
