Mahoning Valley Race 9 - Best Of Ohio Distaff S. Stakes

SILVER KISS (8) pushed forward last time and boxed on to finish 4 lengths away in third over 1207m in stakes class at Thistledown (Dirt). Has the gate speed to cross from out wide. Stepping up a level this time but on her best form she is good enough to take this out. CANDLELIGHT HOURS (1) was well fancied last start over 1609m at Thistledown (Dirt) when fourth, beaten 6 lengths. Goes very well at this journey, boasting four wins from eight starts and is sure to go well. CAST YOUR SPELL (7) was a most impressive winner last time over 1710m at Listed level at Belterra Park (Dirt), scoring by 5 lengths. Has the gate speed to take up a forward position. Will be in this for a long way. LIONISTIC (4) made progress last time out, finishing 2.25 lengths from the winner in second over 1609m at Thistledown. Nicely placed to take this out.
