Good fresh performer with a win and three minor placings from six runs. One of the main contenders. MALIBU RAIN (3) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1609m at Louisiana Downs Turf, beaten 4.5 lengths into fourth after being in the firing line on the turn. Nicely placed to feature in the finish. SIP AND GO (4) finished second two runs back at this track (Dirt) then improved last time out to score by a nose over 1207m at this track (Dirt). C Lozada scored on him last time and retains the mount. Nicely placed to give this a mighty shake. KNICKS STORY (5) was beaten 20 lengths into fifth in a 1408m contest at this track two-and-a-half weeks ago. Best efforts measure up so worth another chance.
