CONEJO CHAPIN (2) resumed over 1207m at Fairgrounds (Dirt) where he showed little early speed but got home nicely to finish fourth, beaten 4.5 lengths. Suited here and expected to prove tough to stop. FIESTY FIST (3) scored a commanding win at Delta Downs (Dirt) over 1408m at his latest appearance on February 13. One of the genuine hopes in the race. MAJORITY OPINION (6) got the prize two runs ago at Fairgrounds. Couldn't follow that up last time out when ninth over 1207m at Evangeline Downs, beaten 10 lengths. Ideally placed and is sure to take plenty of stopping. TAMBOURINE STAR (1) turned in a much better effort last time out to score by one length over 1609m at Fairgrounds (Dirt). Well placed to feature in the finish again.
