Goes very well at this journey, boasting four wins from four starts and is expected to be in the finish. SPEIGHTFUL ONE (3) drifted back last time but wound up nicely to finish in the placings over 1106m at this track (Dirt) just eight days ago. Nice run last time and will be hard to beat. PRINCE JAMES (1) was in a different class last time, registering a dominant 3 lengths win over 1207m at Evangeline Downs (Dirt) to make it two in succession. Good record at this journey with three wins and eight minor placings from 16 starts and shapes as a key runner. ALLIED COMMANDER (2) resumes after a break of nine weeks. Did win at his only other first-up run when on debut, scoring over 1207m at Fairgrounds. One of the genuine hopes in the race.
