BRETTS ACCLAIM (5) has been in the betting at both starts but has failed to live up to market expectations. Most recently finished fourth over 1609m at Santa Anita (Dirt), beaten 13 lengths. Has ability and deserves another chance. RACHEL'S GIG (6) turned in a decent effort last start to finish second over 905m at this track after being prominent at the bend. Has his share of ability. Hard to beat in this suitable race. TONYS FEVER (4) finished fifth two runs back then improved last start when he did his best work late but found a couple better over 905m at this track, beaten 5.5 lengths after being in contention on the bend.
