MAXXUS (6) was safely held when fourth last time out over 1308m at this track, beaten 9 lengths after being in the firing line on the corner. That followed a win at Oaklawn Park at the previous outing. Finds the right race this time and can return to winning ways. BOLT SUPREMACY (5) could only manage fourth on dirt over 1207m at Santa Anita two back then couldn't find the top-three on turf over 1006m at Lone Star Park Turf more recently.
